Supervision, from a coaching perspective, serves as a support system for professionals across various fields, including school staff, informal educators, managers, and team leaders. It offers a reflective space where individuals can explore t practice, gain insights, and refine their skills through the coaching process. 

In my coaching-centered approach to supervision, I prioritise self-awareness, continuous learning, and ethical practice. Through collaborative dialogue and reflective exercises, professionals gain clarity on their strengths, challenges, and blind spots, enhancing their effectiveness in their respective roles. Constructive feedback and challenging questions are used to support professionals in navigating complex issues and achieving t professional goals.
